I am a fractional AI and digital transformation leader based in Brabant, Netherlands, with twenty years in enterprise tech. I founded Moreequality and built TechTogether.ai, where I deliver hands on AI training and work as a fractional AI officer and Business Development Director for companies that want real AI capability, not another strategy deck that sits in a drawer.
We still want to bake grandmother’s cookies—but in a modern, WiFi-connected oven. And we want our kids to go door-to-door selling them just like they used to.
Some call it magnetic. I call it being authentic, and loving life and innovation in equal measure.
I lead with energy because that is who I am, at the boardroom table and everywhere else. Family, innovation, creativity and freedom are what drive me, and they show up in how I work: I build real relationships, I bring new ideas to the table, but with respect to your boundaries and knowledge.

I sit on advisory boards and speak on stages across Europe. I have represented the Netherlands on official delegations, including the US election week study trip with former Prime Minister Balkenende and 35 of the country's top leaders, visits to the World Bank and IMF, and an official visit to the polling stations on election day itself, all hosted by the Dutch Embassy in Washington.
In 2023 I joined a female leader AI and tech trip to San Francisco, visiting Microsoft, LinkedIn, Amazon, Salesforce and Berkeley, plus the Dutch Embassy there too. I went as a single, full time mom, my five year old daughter came with me.
I was named a NBC 2024 Top 30 Global Women Leader, rank among the Top 10 tech women in the Netherlands, and I am a top LinkedIn voice, both in the Netherlands and globally.
